Stadium Car Parking

For major events car park passes are allocated to football clubs, governing bodies and promoters.

Parking Restrictions & Road Closures

The stadium and Glasgow City Council has an Event Day plan which will be initiated on the day which restricts parking in the surrounding areas to residents only. This will be enforced by Glasgow City Council Parking Attendants.

Hours of enforcement will be 14.30-23.59

In addition, the Stadium has the undernoted closures in operation

Prospecthill Drive and Hangingshaw Place    10.00 – Midnight

Somerville Drive and Letherby Drive               18.00 - Midnight

Please note, all stadium car parks will remain closed for a short period at the end of events to allow pedestrians to safely exit the stadium campus.

On non-event days visitors to Hampden Park are welcome to use the Stadium car park, situated outside the South Stand, free of charge.

Users of the car park do so at their own risk. The mangement will not accept any responsibility for any damage, accident or loss from any veichle.

Public Car Parking

Please note that only permit holders can park within the vicinity of the stadium on major event days as Glasgow City Council's event day parking zone is in operation.

Accessible Car Parking

Onsite accessible parking is subject to availability, so we advise submitting your request as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Alternatively, visitors may wish to use the Accessible Drop Off Point, off Kinghorn Drive. The Accessible Drop Off Point can be used by anyone who requires it on major event days and does not require any prebooking.

 

Concerts

Onsite accessible parking for concerts is managed by the event promoter. To request accessible parking onsite for a concert, please contact the event promoter using the forms below:

Club Football Matches

Onsite accessible parking for club matches is managed by the respective clubs. To request accessible parking onsite for a club match, please contact the respective club directly.

International Football Matches

Onsite accessible parking for international matches is managed by the Scottish FA. To request accessible parking onsite for an international match, please contact the Scottish FA at [email protected], noting your name, the payment reference number for your booking, and the address that you would like the hard-copy accessible parking pass to be posted to.
