Accessible Information for Concerts
Accessible Seating
Accessible tickets are subject to availability and will be clearly identified on official ticket selling platforms.
Please be aware that due to the stadium layout, not all areas of the venue are wheelchair and ambulant accessible. Hampden Park work with the event promoter to allocate as much accessible seating as possible.
Purchasing Accessible Tickets
SEC manage ticket sales on behalf of Hampden Park, including accessible, ambulant, and companion tickets. They can be contacted by email at [email protected], or via the accessible booking line on 0141 576 3230 (open Mon-Fri 9am-2pm).
Ticket Resolution
Please note that as Hampden Park do not sell concert tickets, we cannot provide assistance with ticket resolution. Please contact SEC on the contact details above, or your point of purchase if you have purchased on another official ticketing platform.
General Standing and Golden Circle
Entry for all standing ticket types includes climbing around 55 steps from the main concourses to pitch level. Please note there are no accessible entrances for standing ticket types.
Wheelchairs, walking aids, boots, temporary seating (walking stick with seat) are not permitted into the standing area for health and safety reasons.
To avoid being declined entry, we suggest that you contact the team at the SEC to see if they are able to provide any assistance with changing your tickets. They can be contacted by email at [email protected], or via the accessible booking line on 0141 576 3230 (open Mon-Fri 9am-2pm).
Entry to the Stadium
Accessible Platform and Ambulant Seating Entry
If you have purchased an accessible viewing platform or ambulant seating ticket, these entrances are accessible and do not require you to enter via a turnstile.
General Standing and General Seating Entry
If you have purchased a standing or standard seated ticket, there is no accessible entrance for these areas.
If you feel you will struggle with the turnstiles, we recommend you attend the turnstile detailed on your ticket and speak with the nearby steward who will be able to assist with an alternative entrance.
Please note, due to the stadium layout, you will be required to climb stairs to access your ticket area.
Please note that we cannot permit early entry to the stadium.
BSL and Audio Descriptive Commentary
If you require BSL or Audio Descriptive Commentary, please email [email protected] no later than 4 weeks prior to the concert.
Medical Requirements
Prescribed Medication
To request to bring prescribed medications into the stadium, submit your request here.
Food/Drink for a Medical Requirement
For a medical purpose, a small drink and food may be brought in providing it is sealed, and a doctor’s note is provided.
To request to bring food or drink into the stadium for medical reasons, submit your request here.
Please be advised your bag will be subject to inspection from the stewards. Please have your doctor’s note to hand to speed up your search.
Blue Badge Parking
Parking onsite is reserved for Blue Badge Parking for concerts via an application process. Please email [email protected] for further information.
Those approved will receive confirmation and will be issued with an Event parking pass for the specific event you have applied for. This should be shown on entry to the car park along with your blue badge clearly displayed while parked.
There will be no access to the car park without an approved application and parking pass.
