Hampden Hospitality Gift Card Terms and Conditions

 

  1. Gift Card Issuing
    1. Hampden Hospitality e-gift cards (“Gift Cards”) are issued by Sodexo Limited (registered in England and Wales under company number 00842846 with its registered office at One, Southampton Row, London, WC1B 5HA) (“we, us, our”) and can be purchased at hampdenpark.co.uk (the “Website”).
    2. Gift Cards can be purchased in fixed denominations of £50.00, £100.00 or £200.00 to be used as full or part payment for purchases of eligible hospitality experiences at Hampden Park (“Hospitality Experiences”).

 

  1. Redemption and Booking
    1. The value of the Gift Card can be redeemed by emailing [email protected], quoting the unique reference code assigned to the relevant Gift Card you wish to redeem.
    2. Gift Cards can only be redeemed against the purchase of selected Hospitality Experiences, which are subject to availability at the time of booking, provided that the Gift Card has not expired.
    3. Any Hospitality Experience booked is subject to any applicable terms and conditions for the relevant Hospitality Experience, including any age restrictions.
    4. If the price of any Hospitality Experience purchased using a Gift Card is less than the balance on the Gift Card, the unused balance will be carried over and can be used towards future purchases of Hospitality Packages provided that the Gift Card has not expired. No change or refunds will be given in respect of the balance.
    5. Gift Cards (and any unused balances) cannot be exchanged for cash.
    6. If the price of any Hospitality Package purchased exceeds the balance on the Gift Card, the remaining balance must be paid by debit or credit card at the time of purchase.
    7. Refunds will not be given for the purchase of a Gift Card.

 

  1. Expiry
    1. Gift Cards, and any unused balance, will expire eighteen (18) months from the date on which the Gift Card was purchased.

 

  1. Fraud, and Loss and Theft of Gift Cards
    1. We reserve the right to refuse to accept any Gift Card payment where it is suspected that the Gift Card has been affected by fraud.
    2. Sodexo Limited cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards nor shall either party be liable to replace them– please protect them as you would cash.
    3. Gift Cards can be used by anyone in possession of the Gift Card and Sodexo Limited personnel are not obliged to check the identity of a person using the Gift Card. Gift Cards will not be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.

 

  1. Limitation of Liability
    1. In the event of a Gift Card failing to function, the sole remedy of the purchaser (or recipient) of the Gift Card shall be the replacement of the Gift Card. We shall not be liable in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, out of or in connection with these terms and conditions for any direct, special, indirect or consequential damages.

 

  1. General
    1. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, and to discontinue the Gift Card Scheme at any time.
    2. In addition to these terms and conditions, any purchase of a Gift Card via the Website (and subsequent purchase of any Hospitality Experience using the same) shall be subject to the ‘Terms and Conditions for Hospitality’. Any other terms and conditions detailed on the Website from time to time will additionally apply to any Hospitality Experience bookings purchased with a Gift Card, including the ‘Ground Regulations’ and ‘Concert Ground Regulations.’
    3. Nothing in these terms affects your rights at law (including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015).
