1. What's the best way to travel to Hampden?

2. Is parking included in my Hospitality experience?

Your package description includes a detail on parking if it is included in your experience.

3. Are children allowed to attend Hampden Hospitality?

Each event has different entry requirements. 

Mötley Crüe and Def Leppard

Persons aged 5–15-year-olds must be accompanied by an adult 18 or over at all times (1 adult minimum per 4 persons aged 5 -15 years old). No under 5s are allowed entry. 

4. How / when will I get my tickets?

Tickets will be posted out approximately one week prior to the event. If you have booked within five days of the event a member of the team will arrange a ticket collection point with you.

5. What should I wear?

Smart casual, no sportswear.

Hampden Hospitality has the right to refuse admission to any person wearing attire deemed unsuitable.

Dress code does not apply to under 16s.

6. How do I share dietary requirements for my booking?

Any special dietary requirements for you or your guests should be made clear when booking on the Hampden Hospitality portal. If there are any changes please email [email protected] at least five working days before the event.

7. Can I pay by cash in the stadium?

Hampden Park is a cashless stadium. All payments must be made by card.

 

8. Where do I enter the stadium?

There is a VIP entrance to the stadium located at the Hampden Park Main Reception in the South Stand.

9. What time do I arrive for my Hampden Hospitality experience?

Mötley Crüe and Def Leppard - 5.30pm. You will be sent a full Hampden Hospitality experience itinerary with your VIP passes.

    10. Alcohol sales

We operate the Challenge 25 policy within all areas and reserve the right to refuse service without valid proof of age
