What are the event timings?
Doors will open at 5pm. Hampden Park operates a strict 11pm curfew for concerts. The show will not exceed this time.
How to I purchase an accessible ticket?
SEC manage ticket sales on behalf of Hampden Park, including accessible, ambulant, and companion tickets. They can be contacted by email at [email protected], or via the accessible booking line on 0141 576 3230 (open Mon-Fri 9am-2pm).

Are there any age restrictions?
No under 5s are permitted into the stadium.
No under 14s are allowed into the standing area/golden circle.
Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 at all times. They must each have valid event tickets to gain entry.
How do I gain entry to the stadium on the day of the show?
The main method of entry to the stadium is via a turnstile. The below seating areas and all standing tickets are required to pass through a turnstile to enter the venue;
A2-A7, B1, G1-G7, Q1-Q6, N1-N4, M1-M4, L1-L4, K1-K4, H1-H6*.
*All areas noted above, including standing, will require you to use stairs to enter and exit the venue.
Wheelchair and Ambulant ticket types enter the stadium via our East and West ramps accessible entrances.
Our Accessible Viewing Platforms are fully wheelchair accessible.
Please be aware, ambulant seating areas will require you to use a small number of stairs to access your seats.

Will there be a ticket information/box office on the day of the show?
A box office will be outside the venue to assist with ticketing issues on the day. This will be beside the West Ramp (Letherby Drive).
Can I re-enter the stadium after scanning my ticket on the day of the show?
Tickets can only be scanned once before becoming invalid, therefore if you need to leave at any point after entry to the stadium, you will not be permitted to re-enter the stadium.
Can I park onsite?
Parking onsite is reserved for blue badge holders only through an application process. Please visit our Accessibility Section for further information.
Can I bring a bag?
Bags up to a maximum size of A4 can be brought into the stadium. Bags larger than A4 in size will not be permitted unless required for medical reasons. To request to bring a larger bag for medical reasons into the stadium, submit your request here.
Please note there will be no bag drop/storage facility at the stadium.
Please be aware that bag searches will be conducted on entry to the stadium. Please also ensure that you familiarise yourself with our Prohibited items list to avoid delaying your entry to the stadium on the day.
Can I bring cash?
Hampden Park is a cashless stadium. Our food and drink outlets accept card and contactless payments only.
Do I need to bring ID?
ID checks will be in operation. The following IDs can be used for this event which must be valid, in-date and original photographic IDs (no photocopied or expired ID will be accepted).
What time is the artist due on stage?
We are unable to share any set list/artist information. We recommend following the artist’s social media channels and website for these details.
